Spending time in the South Carolina area, whether it be to play music or play golf, on Sunday morning I would go to the gospel churches not just for the message, but for the music.
I have always said that you never been to church unless you been to a church in the south.
I told my producer and childhood friend, Keith Brown, about the great music I would hear when I went. He tried to make that same feeling come true for me, when he included part of the choir from the First Baptist Church of Nashville.
